It’s time to love where you live. Based on your timeline and budget, we produce a project proposal that lays out a scope of work either at our hourly rate or for a fixed fee. We manage your project from start to finish, creating mood boards to inform a design direction and then overseeing all sourcing and purchases. Our trade memberships with the highest quality showrooms and retailers give you direct access to a wide variety of finishes and materials, and we offer hands-on support with vendor selection and oversight throughout the project.

A design consultation is ideal for anyone who isn’t looking to start a full-scale project but needs help imagining how a space could be updated or improved to better suit their needs. From paint colors to furniture layouts to art placement, our consultations are all about offering simple and affordable updates to your space. iSPY Home Design charges $300 for a one-hour site visit and follow-up outline of design suggestions and next steps. If a consultation turns into a larger scope the consultation fee is applied to the project deposit.
